Who you are buying from

Prints are sold by Carlos Estévez, trading as ezgaa lab, a sole trader. The studio’s trading address is 251 Southwark Bridge Road, London, United Kingdom. You can reach the studio at hello@ezgaa.com, and every order question goes there.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling and are the final price of the print. The studio is below the UK VAT registration threshold, so no VAT is charged and none is shown. Shipping is added at checkout at the rate for your destination; the rates and delivery times are on the Shipping page.

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duty or taxes by the destination country. Those are set and collected there, not by the studio, and are paid by you.

Payment and your order

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, which accepts the major debit and credit cards and the wallet payments your device offers. The studio never sees or stores your card details.

Your order is accepted, and the contract between you and the studio is made, once payment succeeds. The studio then emails you the order number and the copy number allocated to you. If the last copy of a print sold moments before your payment went through, the studio tells you by email and refunds you in full.

Editions and authenticity

Every print is pulled by hand in the studio. Each print’s page states its medium, its edition size and whether the copies are numbered and signed. A copy’s number is never reused or changed. Colours may vary slightly between prints — each is pulled by hand. Prints are supplied unframed and are dispatched rolled in a tube.

Copyright

Carlos Estévez retains copyright in every image, drawing and print shown on this site. Buying a print gives you the print itself, not the right to reproduce it. Images may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission from the studio.

Cancellation and returns

You have 14 days from receiving a print to cancel your order, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You can also cancel at any point before it is dispatched. To cancel, write to hello@ezgaa.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling; no form is needed.

Send the print back within 14 days of telling the studio, rolled in the tube it arrived in, and the studio will confirm where to send it. You pay the return postage unless the print arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

The studio refunds you in full, including any shipping you paid, to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the print back.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
