How prints are packed
Prints are dispatched rolled in a tube. A tracking reference is provided where the chosen postal service offers one — some services give none, and the studio says so rather than promising tracking on every order.
Cancelling your order
Under UK consumer contracts regulations you have 14 days from receiving your print to cancel, for any reason. Write to hello@ezgaa.com and the studio will confirm where to send the print back.
Returning a print
A returned print must come back unframed and in the condition it arrived in, rolled in the tube it arrived in. You pay the return postage unless the print arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. The studio refunds the price of the print, and the original shipping charge, once the print is back and has been checked.
Damage in transit
If a print arrives damaged, email hello@ezgaa.com within 14 days with a photograph of the print and the tube it came in. The studio replaces the print where a copy of that edition remains, and refunds you in full where none does. You are not asked to pay return postage on a damaged print.
Import duty outside the UK
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, tax or a handling charge in the destination country. Those charges are set by that country and are paid by you, not by the studio, and they are not included in the price or the shipping rate.
